The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, providing a warm atmosphere upon arrival. It was a nice touch to have coloring activities available in the lobby while waiting to check-in. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The separate area with bunk beds for the kids was a hit, giving them their own space. Having a microwave and small refrigerator in the room was convenient for storing and warming up snacks.
The dining options were limited, which was a downside. The towel check-in and checkout process was quite cumbersome, constantly having to give our room number.

We loved the cleanliness of the facility and the fact that it wasn't overcrowded. The pool area had a lot of people, but it was still comfortable. The bathroom, although a little small, wasn't a major issue. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a two-year-old-friendly environment that made our little one have so much fun.
The main drawback was the long wait time at the restaurant, and to top it off, the prices were a bit high. We also found it inconvenient that the bathroom in our room was small.

Jaw-dropping room with awesome cabin for the kids and a king size bed approved by my baby. The quest was a huge hit and the 9pm sleep time was a mom's dream. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff who promptly resolved maintenance issues and gave a small gift card and bill deduction. Water park GREAT for young families, although slides had long lines. Delicious gluten-free burgers and yummy Dippin Dots. Phenomenal front desk staff and lots of fun activities for kids. Amazing room with two beds, sleeper sofa, fireplace, and two TVs.
